Ivy Kratzer
Hi, I am Ivy Kratzer. Waycross Native and certifiably crazy by this point in the DWTSS timeline! If you are reading this, I have made it to the end! I am about to dance! Good thing I LOVE to dance! It brings me the most joy!
I am Congregational Care Coordinator at Waycross First Methodist. (That means, I take care of people.) I also coordinate Children & Senior Adult activities. I love Jesus, my job, my church family and my dogs-Paris(11), Ruthie(11) & Karma(3). I am proud to support Magnolia House. I serve on the Board of Directors and I see everyday all that is done to serve our beautiful community! P.S. Shout Out to my podiatrist, Dr. Leslie Dowling! I couldn’t have made it this far without her!
Jackson Hobbs and his family moved to Waycross when he was 5 years old from Lowndes County, Georgia. He attended Ware County Schools, where his father, Jack (who passed away in 2002), and his mother, Sarah (retired), both worked as educators in the Ware County School System. Jackson is married to Stacy, and they have a son, Ty. Ty and his wife, Kayla, have two children: Allie Kay, who is 2 ½ years old, and Kassie Erin, who is 6 months old, both of whom are adored by their family. Jackson has one sister, Tricia Echols, who lives with her family in Blackshear. He has had various experiences throughout his work history and is currently employed by Underground Excavating Incorporated in Patterson. Jackson is truly a man who loves to help others. While “Dancing with the Southern Stars” may not be his “thing,” he looks forward to participating in this fundraising event once again. He often jokes that the most dancing he has ever done was during the times he was being disciplined by his mama. Jackson is a fun-loving, people-oriented man who will undoubtedly add to the appeal of this event.
